The Orlando show is not on the ticketmaster web site. ALSO - maybe it's my browser, but I can't see the password on the TOUR page to get pre-sale access.

Can anyone help me with either issue? Thanks!

you have to click on the "On Sale" link from the tour page for the show you want.  here is the link for the Orlando show:

This link takes you to the venues show page, but there isn't anyplace to enter the presale code or buy tix???

I know that was really scary. I was online and logged into everything up here in Toronto and at 10 there were still no passwords! I got the password off of my iPad in the end as my computer was being slow and thankfully got through and got 2 tickets. I didnt mind where this time as I stood at the stage for his Casino Rama show a few months back. But that does suck for you if you wanted to get closer!

I have been spoiled by excellent seats in the past I'll admit...but the passwords should have been up when they were supposed to. I don't get it.

The Dr. Phillips website seems to have some bugs (brand new facility).  I just kept pounding away at the Buy Tickets button and re-entering the code.  It took at least a dozen attempts before I got in.  I'm not even sure what the exact keystroke combo was, but I was able to get tix.  Thanks for the presale!

I have to agree.  The codes were promised at 9:50 and constant continual minute by minute refreshing and only at exactly 10:00 did the codes start to flow down the list.  AT least my choice of venue used the same code as the first two or three. So we're in.  Better seats than available through the citipass promo which would be a section further back. What's to complain about 2nd row other than it IS 2nd row (lol)

I can attest that you do know your seats before you buy.  I had tickets picked form the citipass code but those did not offer the diamond package but with the community code I was able to add the proper tics to my cart, release the others and check out.  Cleveland. One of the few venues where the local site sells their own without giving ticketmaster a cut.

We had 3rd row for Rama up here in Toronto this summer and they lets us stand up by the stage which has definitely spoiled me but I have done that now and seen him 7 times so Im good with cheaper seats this time! Hopefully with 2nd row you will get to stand by the stage too??

The server buckled under the pressure of all of the traffic. I am sure you noticed the site slowed down. Because of those issues the passwords did not turn on automatically. Because the traffic was so high we couldn't even turn the shows on manually very quickly.

Well that sucks perhaps next time you send out emails with the passwords like you used to do? I really was panicking up here in Toronto! and I expect so were a lot of others!

Just bought Diamond seats for 2! This will be the first time I've seen John since 1992 and I cannot wait.  Will there be any type of meet and greet for Diamond package holders?
