Wow the VIP merchandise sounds fantastic, cannot wait to receive it!  I am going to the Cary, NC show this evening and have not yet received my VIP swag.  In the past, I have always received the VIP merchandise prior to the concert so I presume it is just delayed as I know there is a chance it can arrive after the show.  Do you have any updates or know who I can contact about this?  I think I remember reading a post from Tony saying the merchandise started shipping around 09 June.

If you get close to your show and your items have not arrived please email [email protected] for an update. That is answered by AEG Live who is the tour promoter and vendor for the Diamond Ticket Packages.

The items are not required to pick up your tickets/attend the show.

Has anyone received their Diamond vip or front row vip Merchandise package yet?

The items have begun shipping earlier this week so they should start arriving soon for the first shows.

I was looking for the Early Entry info. Any info on this? I have not received anything and the venue is not sure about the early entry for VIP tickets. I called Ticket Master and they said I should have an email a few days before show. Show is Wednesday.

I want to place a vote, or a request, that John Mellencamp make a Studio Album of his Early Greatest Hits; But with his Current Band (From the "Sad Clowns & Hillbillies" Album).   
           
I love the sound of the New Album!  And think a "Modern Acoustic Greatest Hits" album would be Absolutely Fantastic !!!  I can almost hear the violin playing the lead guitar on "Rock In The USA"!

Be sure to check out John's Rough Harvest album, it's very much the kind of album you are talking about. Not all of his hits, but some of them.

How do we find out the Early Entry time for the Boise, Idaho show on June 7? I got VIP tickets which are allowing early entry as it is General Admission at this show. I called the show venue but they didn't know. Said to ask where you bought the tickets. Would that be the Ticket Master people? I thought you may know this.

Had the same experience.  The presale code didn't work.  Went through the steps and it said the purchase was still restricted.

I just went through the process and had no problems.  It does make you register with AXS

I also had no issues, the password for both shows for the Mellencamp.com presale is easytarget

I have not received any information about how to receive my copy of the New John Mellancamp CD. Can anybody assist on this. Thank you.

Codes for the Wolf Trap show have not been emailed out yet, they will be in the next few working days.

So psyched about the new tour  and his first concert at Ravinia (Chicago area shows)  been awhile since I have seen him live, the diamond packages say reserved seating anyone one know what types of seats these are?  Although what I can gather these wont be available for The Ravinia Shows.

No VIP packages will be offered by Mellencamp.com for Ravinia. We suggest reaching out to them directly to see what kinds of memberships/access they offer for their donors.
