Youngstown is working I got to final purchase page in a PC browser, as other commenters have suggested you might have to resize your text in your browser to see everything.

cant get any for Fort Myers either, says tickets not on sale til SEPT 21.  HELP!

Fort Myers is up but it's a quirky system. Look for the presale promo code box in the top right corner.

Did all of this and there were no tickets at 10:01.  Something isn’t right here.

We recommend you keep trying for tickets. No shows are yet sold out of presale tickets, but several shows did not launch on time (ticket system issues, not on our end).

So looked at Ticketmaster for 3/16 show in Tulsa, but it wasn't listed there.
Once I get pre-sale code, where do I go to purchase tickets for that show?

Always consult the Mellencamp.com TOUR page for the correct ticket purchase link. They do not use Ticketmaster.

Yes, all front row tickets should be in the presales, possibly with some exceptions
