For those that did order tickets online, how will that free copy of his CD be made available?   I did not read that on this site, just that the CD would be made available. Are those details available yet?

Between now and October 15th you will get an email from your ticket seller with redemption instructions for the CDs. If you don't get one by Oct 15th please email us at [email protected]  with your ticket order confirmation email

I'm a little confused - the presale for the NY shows next year are on sale 26/9 - yet Vivid Seats are already selling them and there are not great seats left. How can this be?

Typically if a third party seller is offering a specific row before the ticket on sale their seats are coming from being a season ticket holder or a personal seat license holder. If someone has enough money venues will sell them the seats for all shows for a year. It's a fairly common occurrence at all types of venues.

Yes, all presales are on the official ticket system, the same one the fan club ticket presale would have been on.

I'm trying to get presale tickets for the Ft Myers Florida show but it's not working. I've registered here and with the venue but it still isn't working. It keeps saying tickets on sale Friday the 21st. There is no place to put the code in. It says presale on sale and I can click on that but then it brings me to a page to purchase but no place to put the code and when I say what tickets I want that'st when it says they will be on sale Friday. Someone please help.

The spot to put the password is in not in your face, it's at the top right corner of the website. It says Enter Promo Code.

All shows, as of 1050pm ET, have some presale password tickets available, but several are almost all sold out for the presale.

It's frustrating but with a limited number of tickets it is what happens. Not uncommon for you to get tickets several hours after presale started when at the first 5 minutes it told you none were available.

Step 3 - Return to Mellencamp.com the morning of your show's pre-sale and log into the website.

Step 4 - On the TOUR page, approximately 10 minutes before the pre-sale begins, we will post a pre-sale ticket password ONLY for logged in members. You MUST REFRESH the TOUR page in your browser to see the password, it will appear in the column next to whichever show you choose.

Step 5 - Click the link to go to the online ticket seller and enter the password where required to gain access to the pre-sale and then complete your purchase.

TIP: We suggest you click the pre-sale tickets link for your show and pre-register with the ticket seller before our pre-sale begins to avoid any check out issues during your purchase.

I successfully accessed the presale through Ticketmaster for Nashville using the password provided on this site.  However, at 10:00 AM CST which was the beginning time for the presale, it said no tickets available?  I have kept trying and still no luck.

No presale password listed for Stifel Theater in St. Louis. Just says "other".

The presale password/code for all fan club presales is the word other as in the title of John's new album Other People's Music.

I'll give you a hint to think about that title for the other presale passwords over the next few days....

Where was the pre-sale code 10 minutes before pre-sale? anybody have one?

When logged in on the Mellencamp.com tour page as a registered member it should have said the word other as in the first word from the title of John's new albums Other People's Stuff, you can use that password for all shows.
