Can't get tickets in Moose Jaw.  Not sure what is going on with the venue website.  Help!

Are the Pre-sale tickets will call only. I would assume so, but not sure if I can make the Moncton show. Thanks

I do not believe so, the only tickets that are will call only should be the Premium Ticket Packages

I have spent almost the whole day today, since 10am this morning, trying to buy tickets through the presale for the concert in St. John's Newfoundland on July 7, 2012.  I've followed each step of the instructions for buying the presale tickets and every time I enter the password (scarecrow) and try to buy the tickets, I get an error  telling me to "Please activate cookies".  I have  the proper settings for cookies in my computer and can go in and purchase tickets for different concerts.  I am very dissappointed as I really wanted to get tickets for this concert!  Just wanted to let you guys know this and am wondering if I'm the only person having this problem.  Thanks.

I had that same problem at first for the show in Oshawa, so what I did was adjust my settings in Internet Explorer under Tools-->Internet Options-->Privacy tab from Medium High and lowered the bar to Accept All Cookies (lowest setting).  I then closed all my browser windows and tried all over again, and it worked.  After everything was completed successfully, I went back and reset to Medium High again.  Hope this helps you out.

I am sorry to report that St. John's ran out of tickets for our pre-sale last night after I signed off so our pre-sale has ended. There possibly are some radio station pre-sales today, if not there will be good tickets available in the public onsale on Friday.

Hi Tony:  I purchased two premium event packages for Moose Jaw, SK yesterday...took 64 seconds to complete the transaction so hopefully that was fast enough to get some awesome seats  Wink At the same time I was on the VIP site beginning the order process, my husband logged in on his laptop to the regular tickets pre-sale at the venue (Mosaic Place) so we could see what "regular" VIP seats were being offered and if they were really good, we would purchase those instead and save some cash (and we already have the premium package swag from previous shows so don't need more).  As you know, the regular ticket pre-sale for Moose Jaw was delayed due to technical issues so I went ahead and booked the premium seats.  When the Moose Jaw regular ticket pre-sale finally went live, we were shocked to see that almost the entire front row center section seats (section 2) were available for purchase...meaning, we could have purchased front row seats for more than 50% less than we paid for the premium package seats...and with the premium seats, we won't find out where we are sitting until the night of the show.  Makes me wonder where the heck the premium seats will be given most of the front row seats were available in the regular ticket pre-sale.  Also, the second row of the same section was grayed out completely and listed as “not available" so presume that row is either being held for the public sale or some/all are being held for premium ticket holders.

Moose Jaw was a mess with the delay and then their seating charge, there is no such thing as VIP tickets and they shouldn't have had them listed as such. I don't know how the Premium Seats are being done there. I suspect that entire 2nd row are the premium seats, or possibly there are rows that were not even on their system that will be the premium seats.

Also lots of seats are blocked out of the pre-sale to go on sale to the public onsale, not all of the best seats are allowed to be sold in the presale.

I was told before the on sales that, for the most part, the premium packages had the front row tickets at most or all shows.

Thanks for the reply, Tony.  I used the max number of characters in my last post so could not add this comment...there are two small sections on the floor that are located on each side of the stage that showed completely sold out as soon as the regular ticket pre-sale went live for Moose Jaw...so maybe those sections hold several of the premium pre-sale seats.

Regardless of where we sit, we are really looking forward to the show...our third time seeing JM in the past year and this time around, we are traveling to Canada from North Carolina to see him in Moose Jaw so it should be a fabulous trip!!!!!!!  Cheesy

Those seats on the floor were built in the ticketing system but they were not turned on for sale. If sales are strong those seats might be added for sale at a later date. They are NOT the premium ticket packages as far as I am aware..

I feel so bad for all those who have fought for tickets.  This venue should be evaluated and another show added.  It sold out within 2 hours, people are very disappointed. The Dartmouth Sportsplex is to small for the fan fare here in Metro.
