got on at 10 am for pre sale tics,used password and it tells me no tickets available..WTF???

There is huge demand in the first few minutes and often all available tickets end up in peoples shopping carts, but many of those will not be sold and will return to the pool of available tickets so please keep trying.

Hi Tony, I am interested in the Louisville Show but at this time can't get the password. The Ticketmaster website shows tix on sale. It is 10:15 in Louisville. What time is the website running under? Thanks.

Ticketmaster is saying no exact matches were found, but other tickets may still be available.  What is going on?  Are only the $250 available today?  I want the $125 tickets.

All price levels of tickets are on sale, just keep requesting tickets over the next 30 minutes and you should get some.

Grand Rapids VIP didn't go up with the other tickets, keep checking they should be up shortly.

The password is up and available, hit control and refresh  and it should show. It is rockintheusa

When the premium tickets show up as an option, the box just below the password presale on the main ticket page they will be on sale. That box was there a few minutes ago for me but is gone right now.

Montreal is having some issues, it appears premium tickets went on sale but not any of the other price levels. Please keep checking and trying these links
