We had 3rd row for Rama up here in Toronto this summer and they lets us stand up by the stage which has definitely spoiled me but I have done that now and seen him 7 times so Im good with cheaper seats this time! Hopefully with 2nd row you will get to stand by the stage too??

I know that was really scary. I was online and logged into everything up here in Toronto and at 10 there were still no passwords! I got the password off of my iPad in the end as my computer was being slow and thankfully got through and got 2 tickets. I didnt mind where this time as I stood at the stage for his Casino Rama show a few months back. But that does suck for you if you wanted to get closer!

I expect John will do what he usually does and play most of his hits with a few new ones from the new album. When we say him at Rama up here in Toronto this summer he did all his older stuff and asked the audience if they wanted to hear any new stuff when the reply was no he carried on with the old stuff!

Saw John last night at Rama fantastic show, even better for me because I got 3rd row tickets but we were invited to go up front by the stage and had a fab time singing and dancing along to Johns classics. If I never get to see him again now Im good with that!! No it wasnt really long but the setlist was good and he played Hurts so Good as an encore! which he himself said he hadn't played in years and I haven't heard him play since !988!!! and I have seen him 7 times! 

Brilliant and do you know how much its selling for up here in Canada???

Since I had no reply from the tour page as yet Im going to ask my question again here. Does anyone know if the box set will be available on the MERCH table up at RAMA? Im dying to get a hold of it tired on Amazon they didnt have it, don't really want to spend a fortune in shipping so I was wondering if they will have it at Rama and I will take my pennies with me if not I won't take so many pennies!!!!

Wow John played "Hurts so good" I haven't heard him play that live since I first saw him in 88!! Would love to know why he doesnt play his grammy winning song a lot more often??

This will be my 5th time seeing John (Im going to Rama next wednesday) so really the length of the show will be what it will be I will be ok because Im seeing John again but my husband will be pissed because I spent the money to get 3rd row tickets - closest I have every been to the stage so Im excited only 6 sleeps to go! But lets also remember John aint no spring chicken any more either!

It also annoys me like mad when people pay money to go and see a show and spend the whole time at the bar or visiting the washroom or generally disrespecting the artist. I already commented on this site on the fact that they did this the last time I saw John play at the GM Centre in Oshawa, Ontario. John was having a great banter with the audience and then the hecklers started and John basically shut up talking played his songs and left, you could tell he was pissed and it ruined the show for me.(but I did get a shot of me standing next to Johns Airstream in the parking lot) Perviously we saw him at Massey Hall, Toronto where the show was fab and he had a fab rapport with the audience.

Going to see John at Rama up here in Ontario at the end of the month and was wondering if they are selling the box set or the new live CD at the merch table??? If they are I will take my cash as I can't find the box set up here!!

  Hurray just got my 2 tickets on the floor at Rama, Ontario. Best seats every after seeing John 6 times over the years! Took a few attempts at choosing seats but got good ones so Im over the moon happy to be seeing John yet again! He is my number one!!

Thanks. So I was correct in thinking a couple of the tracks were recorded in Toronto. I was the one yelling "YEAH" after those songs!!!!!!!!!

Where were the tracks on LIFE DEATH LIVE AND FREEDOM recorded? I just picked up a copy of the cd (late I know!) and was disappointed that this info isnt on the sleeve! I had heard that some track were recorded in Toronto and I was at that show! The show when it snowed all day before the concert and John was blown away that so many of us fans turned up!!! If anyone can help with info and I am sure someone can I would be grateful.
