This is for the process, not the seats (i.e., password availability, ease of site navigation, ticket vendor site use, etc.)

I found the sbelling of some of the words to be a challenge at times.

UGH is right.  There were times when there was the few minute glitch period for the Mpls shows that I couldn't even read them not alone type them.  There were lots of letters in each word too.  They are getting more difficult or I am just getting older.  Both!

Too bad Ticketmaster is not as smart as Tony to start a poll on "their" ticket buying process.
They probably don't realize what is going on or maybe they could give an explanation like Tony always does.  It's as simple as that.
