For those that loved their first album get ready; July 16 is the release of 'Amelita' their much anticipated follow-up.  iTunes is featuring an EP for 'Amelita' with four songs currently and then the full release is in July.  Yesterday was the world release of the video for 'Sunshine' http://youtu.be/_J2bzyyebxY.  Glad the ladies are back on it after Emily's pregnancy and birth of her daughter.
Check it out; lyrics to die for and great harmonies!
Now if only they'd make an appearance at Farm Aid 2013!!

Thanks for those links.

If you haven't seen any video from their first album here are two of my favorites:

"It didn't make a sound" http://youtu.be/5wn-Ua0VPDA
and
"See you in the Spring" featuring Jakob Dylan http://youtu.be/1MFg13eW478
Enjoy!!

TCYH opened for John last year at a semi-private show in Bowling Green KY at the university's football stadium. I don't think one of the gals had revealed to the world that she was expecting, but on that pretty May day it was obvious as she had to adjust to play guitar and banjo I believe around her baby bump, they had a good laugh about it on stage. They sounded great.

I agree, love their music, songwriting and they are just overall fantastic ladies!!

Yes Tony I knew about that show and would have loved to have been there. Emily likes to joke that the CD release was delayed but "that's what you get when you get unexpectedly 'knocked up'  "!!  Heard through Dane that the show was awesome.  Saw TCYH in Toronto a few years ago at a spur of the moment club gig with 30 people, since they had to test a new sound technician, before an Ontario festival engagement.  Was truly a night to remember!
