Sequel to Jack & Diane?

Hi all,

About 10+ yrs ago, I saw John performing on Sessions from W54th St or a similar show. Then he started to chat about Jack & Diane & how people asked him for a sequel. He said they were characters in his song & that was it. But then he said I thought about a sequel to Jack & Diane & worked on it & here it is.... It was great to listen to it. Jack & Diane were adults etc.

At the time I thought I should get it when it's released. So I'm looking around & can't find it. Does anyone know where I can get the Jack & Diabe sequel? Is it on a CD or on iTunes?

The only song that mentions "Jack and Diane" that I can think of is "Eden is Burning" from the album "John Mellencamp". Hope that what your looking for.

I have the CD with Eden is Burning. John sang a sequel to Jack & Diane... It was really fun to listen to & hear what they were doing. The music was the from original song as well.  (It was like listening to the Taxi sequel by Harry Chapin.)

I found the playlist when John was on Sessions at West 54th. (He was performing & so was Randy Newman.) it was Eden is Burning that he sang live.
