* Born in Louisville, Kentucky moved to Indianapolis, Indiana as an infant.
* First Instrument played was the trombone, then later, he started playing drums.
* Played drums for 5 years, and then started playing the Bass Guitar. He found the bass to be a more
perfect fit, and bass has been his instrument of choice for over 20 years.
* Played in the Marching Band, Pep Band, Jazz Band, Pit Band, and Orchestra in High School.
* Played professionally for the first time at age 11, at a place called the Grandview Country Club
(which no longer exists)
* First working band he played with was a show band similar to the Ike & Tina Turner Show Revue.
Jon E. Gee has played in various working bands, he's played in Country Bands, Show Bands, Funk
Bands, Rock Bands, Metal Bands, Jazz Bands, Soul and R & B Bands.
* Jon E. Gee has several bass guitars - Fender's, Hohner's, Peavey, Lakland, and a prototype called
Strictly Strings.
* His favorite bass strings are round wound medium gauge long scale strings.
* His favorite picks are his own Jon E. Gee signature series, mediums & heavies.
* Jon enjoys trying new things such as, playing different bass guitars, going to places he's never been
before and Sight seeing.
* Enjoys spending time reading the bible & studying the word of God, being with family, taking
pictures, traveling, and recording on his video camera.

because of the history of the garden (Mellencamp), Paramount in Denver, CO (Ted Nugent) it was
the most rowdy crowd, New Port Music Hall in Columbus, OH the band was one mind musically
(Ted Nugent), Pine Knob Detroit, MI the electricity of the crowd was great (Ted Nugent), Billings
Montana the audience was electric (Mellencamp).
