I just pulled tickets up again, their site is fast and responsive for me, maybe it's local connection issue. I would try another computer and/or browser. But at this point the seat difference from now to when you try from home will be very minimal.

I didn't have any problems at all getting my tickets at 10am. I am excited and I can't wait for the concert!
