does he meet fans after a gig if so is it a ticket thing or just stay and meet him and if its tickets how do you get them

does john meet fans before or after a gig if so do you need a pass or can anyone meet him

i've already booked a ticket for the manchester gig row 5 but at the side could anyone who's had one of these let me know if its worth paying the extra £70 to get a centre seat and stuff you get with it
