It didn't work at 3pm EST, but at 4:30pm EST, I was able to get the price. I did a Mellencamp search on Amazon, and then clicked on the Rural Route. The price was 78.99 and then changed to $38.99. It was called a "lightning deal" that brought the price to $38.99.
