Saw the film in Reading, loved it. Will this be released in Blu-ray in 2012?

I doubt that a documentary filmed in Super 8 will be released in Blu-Ray, but I would say it has a good chance of seeing a regular DVD release after the tour is over.

Actually, it does not matter that it was shot on 8mm, On Blu-ray the resolution would be far greater than DVD. In fact, I believe that the version shown on the tour is probably a 1080p HD source that would mirror the quality of Blu-ray.
