Good afternoon John,
First and foremost thank you for many years of awesome songs! We are all looking forward to seeing you in Omaha, Nebraska on Wednesday! I was playing an old CD on the road today and came across the song Great Mid West on your "John Cougar" CD (1979) and the words you wrote seem to have come from NE....
"And they call this the Great Midwest
Where the cornfields row and flow"
I am curious what is your greatest memory from Nebraska?

My greatest memory of Nebraska?
Dinner at a place called Dudes Steakhouse in Sidney, Nebraska. Outstanding.
