tonyb, i asked this question in the posting during that interview of the lonesome jubilee, you didnt give me an answer there, i posted this question again all by itself, still no answer, i may not be the only one who has the same question about this version, so how about the answer

tonyb- do you know how i can obtain the jack and diane version from the "in studio  show celebrates the Lonesome Jubilee"? this the best version i have ever heard. and have tried to find it. doesnt seem to be anywhere do you know?

mellenfan thanks for the update. however, still doesnt take away the fact about johns past with elaine. theres 18 yrs worth of proof on that. and i agree with stern calling john on his bs about marriage & divorce. and wherever john and meg are in their relationship, them 2 get married or already (secretly) married, has john gotten beat up enuf? wonders will never cease.

i have heard this interview before, it is a good one. i love the version of "jack and diane" that john played its the best i have ever heard. i have been trying to find that version but no luck. so tonyb do you know where i can get this version of "jack and diane."?

lmao this was great.  john you got hit home with howard, i loved the part where you said you were gona stay married and not get divorced again being married to elaine. and howards response to you was yes you would. that was the most awesome moment in the video here, like he could see right thru the bs. yeah you are true to yourself john, you said a few times you contradict yourself alot. do yourself a favor, dont get married again. elaine was the best thing that ever happened to you. its too bad you didnt hang around long enough to give elaine the chance that she meant her wedding vows to you.

im glad to see john is doing something good such as benefit shows.  however, i wouldnt call them kicks. theyre for a good cause. and as far as being paid for it that would be unfathomable as they are to help and serve. and i am glad to see that john is doing something worthwhile for a change.
