Ravinia Pre-sale - Over? Wrong time?

Hello, I could've sworn up and down the presale was today at 11AM EST.  When I visit the tour page it reads On Sale, the Ravina page says "not on sale".  What's happening?  Thanks!

I couldn't get it to work on the regular desktop computer but it worked fine on my cell phone. I just got tickets for both days!! Good luck everyone

Did you have to do something different?? After I go through the tour buy where it says on sale, for basket area on Ravinia, mine is still showing "this event is not on sale".

I've refreshed, refreshed, logged out completely and back in.  Help....

My iPhone says "Safari can't open the page because too many re-directs occurred."

Very frustrated here in Texas.  Have not missed John since 1983 and he's here in TX when I'm in Europe.  I'm heading back home and can't get through.  It's not like the Pavilion is 30,000, or even 13,000, it's just 3,000 seats.  Yikes!

Breathing a little easier.  Finally got a pair for Sunday, over 70 minutes later.  Not the best seats, but seats, and heck...it's a John Mellencamp show.  Woo-hoo!

Finally tried Internet Explorer.  I totally TOTALLY know this is not on John/his team, but really...Ravinia, c'mon, test your site on all browsers.  This should work on Chrome.

The majority of center section for both shows showed red - all seats taken?  Before the pre-sale and at the start?  Anyone get center first 10 rows?

Ravinia had their own presale last month for people who donate to their organization.
I know, bummer.
