The news we've all been waiting for has been announced. John's new album "Plain Spoken" will be released this fall. What is interesting is the fact that John has a lifetime recording contract. That is something unheard of in today's music industry.
What is also interesting news is that John will release a live album in July. We have a lot to look forward to in the coming months.

I think even more interesting is that John signed the deal! Wow, must have been quite a deal for him to put ink to that one....

There could be a lot of unheard/unreleased material in John's vault that he might like to release over the next few years in addition to writing and recording new material. There could even be the possibility of more live material being released. Mind you this is just speculation on my part. We'll have to wait and see.
