Life death live and freedom

The info I want is probably posted here somewhere already I just dont have the time to trawl though to find it!!!

Where were the tracks on LIFE DEATH LIVE AND FREEDOM recorded? I just picked up a copy of the cd (late I know!) and was disappointed that this info isnt on the sleeve! I had heard that some track were recorded in Toronto and I was at that show! The show when it snowed all day before the concert and John was blown away that so many of us fans turned up!!! If anyone can help with info and I am sure someone can I would be grateful.

I was at the LA Greek show. If you listen close you can hear me after each song. I'm the one yelling "yeah"!

Thanks. So I was correct in thinking a couple of the tracks were recorded in Toronto. I was the one yelling "YEAH" after those songs!!!!!!!!!
