(I will say, JM's studio albums have been better efforts than BS's over the last five or six years but six isn't many when you look at the last forty!)

In my opinion, album for album John has been much better than Bruce since ''Scarecrow'', John continues to get better to this day. Bruce may still be a great live performer, but even there the only edge he has over John is in the length of his shows, and frankly to me more doesn't always equal better.

Got the CD in the mail this afternoon and had a chance to listen to the whole thing in the car, this is an incredible concert, and the CD actually sounds pretty good, much better than i expected.

Now for even better news, there's a 180g vinyl audiophile edition on the way, how cool is that.

Bruce Springsteen has been selling his latest shows on his website.  It is awesome.  I wish JM would follow suit.  After all, JM>BS.

Frankly i don't give a fuck that BS is doing this, more reason for John not to do it. Personally ''even though i think he's a hell of a nice guy'' i haven't been able to stand his voice or almost anything he's done since ''The Wild, The Innocent And The E Street Shuffle''. In my opinion he may the single most overrated rock artist ever, and his fans are some of the most insufferable and delusional fans on the planet.

Do i wish John would quit smoking, sure, but i've resigned myself to the fact that he's probably never gonna give it up, and he'll probably outlive many ''if not most'' of us. The fact that John looked so tired on Letterman, as if he hadn't gotten any sleep bothered me more than the smoking.

I must say they're looking great as well, and both look as happy as I've seen them, was watching one of Meg's movies ''French Kiss'' just recently, what a great fun flick and she's amazing in it, my wife's very favorite movie.

Perfect song except for the sha-la-la-la part.  I cringe every time.

If i'm not mistaken it lasts all of five seconds, and is never repeated again, not exactly Hey Jude.

It's one of John's best songs ever, not just in the lyrics and the raw honest emotion in John's voice, the instrumentation on this track is just awesome.

Is John the one playing the harmonica solos?

Classic rock stations are even more repetitive and boring than top 40, they're useless, haven't listened to one for more than five minutes at a time for more than two decades.

I haven't heard any, but I could see Outlaw Country playing them on Serius XM radio. That's a pretty good station that plays John, Dylan, James McMurtry, Ryan Bingham, John Hiatt, John Prine and all the people I like you can't hear anywhere else.

It's getting airplay, going up the Americana Charts and I have heard TM a bunch of times on Sirius XM's Spectrum.

Thanks for chiming in guys, all i gotta say is thank god for Americana, where would veteran artists like John, Robert Plant and so many others be without it's welcoming arms.

No i'm not talking top 40, modern ''country'' or teen/pop oriented radio stations LOL, but more adult contemporary and other similar formats. Just wondering how much play ''Troubled Man'' and ''Sometimes There's God'' are getting since their releases as singles, it's a real shame if people besides us hardcore fans aren't hearing these songs.
