Really enjoyed the special and the performances and discussions.  I had read about the Homeward Bound special being first too, and got up early to record both as I lost the HB special when the VCR ate my tape last summer, but sad to say it was not on in my area.  I feel like such a wizard with technology, though!  I actually recorded it onto a DVD!  Me!  Now that I know I can do that, I'm invinceable!!!!! Maybe I'll even learn how to burn a CD!

Great story!!!! Love it!!!

Until 2 years ago I used to always hear more Mellentunes over the intercomm at work than on the radio in this area, but a new store manager changed the mix to more of a cool jazz (and thank God, turned the volume down).  That manager has left and the music has returned, selections and volume!  I sit down to do a couple of hours of marketing (handing out business cards) and what starts playing?  Your Life Is Now! They wonder why I was grinning.....

Two times on my way home from work this week I heard Small Town, taking a break in the mall for lunch yesterday I heard R.O.C.K. and today we had lunch at a place called Cadillac Ranch. It has a rock music theme along with car stuff and a mechanical bull, somethang for everyone.  I'm looking around at all the pictures on the wall, thinking "Where's JM?" and the waitress sits us in a booth looking straight at his picture!

I just remembered something and I hope that I am not too late to act.  I was one of the original members of the old board who had already paid the yearly dues when the format changed.  I received an email about redeeming my money for merchandise and never got around to purchasing anything.  Seeing that new hoodie made me think of that email and I hoped that I could still use the credit. That was one of my complaints about the Pittsburgh show.  The tickets said no cameras and I tried all afternoon to call and ask if that was just standard on all the tickets but the phones were turned off, every line, the whole afternoon.  So I didn't take a camera.  They never checked, never stopped anyone.  Everyone around me was taking pictures and video. 

After seeing the tremendous show in Pittsburgh and wishing that I had seen more than one, I gave in and bought a ticket, ROW BB, for Philly.  Thinking about the snow of last winter and the road trip during tax season, but this is an opportunity that I can't let pass me by.  Woo Hoo!!!
