I have been waiting to get tickets in LA for over an hour, and it still says opening soon, so what am I doing wrong? I put the password in. : (

I got my tickets today....row B!! But the website would not let me get Premium Ticket Package. It was right at 10:00 CA time when I was trying, it was for the LA show.
