My understanding, as a fellow Canadian ticket buyer, is that the Cdn. ticket price didn't not include the download to the album.  This feature was for U.S. buyers only.   Maybe Tony can confirm again for you.

Definitely no free download for the Canada shows. The press release noted that it was only for U.S. buyers due to the legal issues and record labels involved. You were NOT charged any extra in your ticket price for the download.

I have a copy of the email from our local radio station ROCK 101 Vancouver , which sent me the presale code & on it it says that we get a free album download..
Ticketmaster has since emailed me back & said I would have to talk to AEG Live for my download code..

I'm so confused.. just want to 'check it out'

I'm sure Tony will be able to clear this up

My queston is in regards to mp3 download(with ticket purchase) available in the U.S. will this down load be available in Canada (with ticket purchase) ? Thank You Dean

Album download is only for the US and Canadian buyers did not have anything added on to the ticket price to cover the download.

We bought our tickets last week through Ticketmaster for the Vancouver B.C. show, I called the Ticketmaster help line today (long distance charges for 47 minutes) requesting information on how to download the album included with my ticket purchase.They had no idea an album download was included with the ticket.They said that they had no information from the promoter about any album downloads & If I was willing to call back later another Ticketmaster Agent at the call Center might be able to help me.

Anybody have an Idea ?
