I cannot get the presale option on the ticketmaster site even though I'm logged into my account.  I have the password to utilize, but can't get to that option.  It only states that tickets go on sale tomorrow morning.

DC Presale - Ticketmaster is not allowing me to go to the Presale area to request tickets.
