Good luck with meeting him.  He is an amazing songwriter; an amazing soul who truly cares about people and America.  He has no hate in his body.  That being said, I get the feeling he would really NOT want to be bothered.  But damn if I don't love the guy. 

Perfect song except for the sha-la-la-la part.  I cringe every time.

Listening to the Cd for the 10th time - or thereabouts - and it was a grower.  First time I heard it, I was slightly disappointed.  Musically, it is very subdued.  Then it hit me.  THE LYRICS.  I recently saw an interview when John said the lyrics are from a man's perspective, and not necessarily his views.  I call bullshit.  If there was ever a first person narrative, this is it. 

Tears of Vain is an amazing song, but I just hate that lalalalala part.  Damn, he should have come up with something.

But yes, Isolation of Mister is one of his best songs.  Ever.

I was just going to post this.  Personally I would love to hang with John.  I think he is so true to himself and his beliefs.  He isn't the most approachable guy in the world, and he gives off a very bad vibe, honestly, but he is my hero.  I will say it.  God bless Steven Adler for saying it so the world can know it.  Bob

We are going!  Didn't get great seats, but my gal and I flew up from Florida to see John and the band in South Bend last month and those were great seats!  I hope he changes up the set list, but will be totally cool if he doesn't!  Never seen John in Florida before, and am curious to know how much different the show will be than it was in Indiana.  Bob

My girlfriend and I are flying up to Indiana from our home here in Florida to see John!  The last time I saw him was on the Cuttin' Heads tour.  What a birthday present this will be!!!
