Waterbury has a problem with the presale, they never went on sale, only VIP/Premium. If you call their box office they can sell you regular tickets and the online part should be fixed soon.

Thank you, I called and was able to purchase tickets. 

$18 for added fees, eesh.

Same here, it's 10:20 AM and still no regular tickets for the Palace Theater show.
