It was a great show.  It would be nice if there was a recorded version of My Soul Has Wings.   I liked that duet ok maybe it was a triet since Miriam sang a small part.    I liked his acoustic Life Is Short Even On its Longest Days.    Great venue and show.

Row J   I was wondering what ever became of Mellenme   I have not seen her since the Moline IA show in 2005 when she was helping out.   I drove down to Jesse Hall about 10 weeks ago and checked out the parking and the place.   Could not look in the auditorium as it was locked up.   I drive to Columbia frequently to shop.    Like going to shows i can drive home afterwards.  Parking is free after 5 PM in the parking garage across the street.    Street parking is free after 7 pm.

Thanks Tony for the presale.   Got great seats.    If anyone ends of going post on here I will check back now and then.

I thought is was pretty crappy they made of point of insisting everyone be early for the 6:45 show time then NO ONE got in the building until 6:30 and not one got in the theater until the movie started.    Idiots running the Fox!!   I would say the above is a fair review.    Not my favorite show out of the 9 I have seen but always good!

It was a great show but the subs on the last set was almost too much for me and I have been djing with subwoofers for years!   My entire body was vibrating LOL.    I can see John is starting to move more away from his older songs and more into his current stuff.    Loved the Trouble NO More song and the renditions of Jackie Brown and Small Town.   ( Were sorry we screwed up the lyrics for YOU)   That was funny.

Here is a great little article about the upcoming theater tour.   Sounds like its going to be different from anyother show Ive seen him do.    I still love the show he did in Moline where he started the show then Donovan played they he ended the show nonstop and he played his two older songs he never plays (Need A Lover, Aint Even Done)   This may top that show.

when i first got on right at 10 am it kicked me back several rows so i called and complained because about 10 mins after i bought 2 they had all kinds of tickets in row c for a couple hoursl     they dropped my first tickets and did get me in row c although to the left side of the stage they are still pretty good seats.    metrotix told me other computer users where holding on to the tickets then they were all suddenly released about 10:15  yea right I was one of the first people on i can tell you that!    Happy with my seats      Not big on any of the ticket outlets

Well hello to all.    Been a long time since I done much posting.   I see many old friends and I remember all the stuff Brian went through and his posts good to see he is well.    Trying to figure out if Mellenme is posting under a name.   I had the chance to meet several of you at St Louis several years ago when JM played at the Fabulous Fox.   Let me know if any of you are coming back and we will meet at the Hard Rock again.   I got to see JM twice last year,  once at Farm Aid and once right  in front of the Stage In East St Louis w/ Dylan  it Rocked !  I think my heart rhythm changed.
