From what I have read, Rural Route was planned to be like Tracks but then .....wasn't.

His artwork was cool. His comments during interview were interesting and truly funny at times. He took a photo with one person as he left the area where he was during the interview before hurrying away. Basically was unapproachable, though. Small crowd. Could have mingled for a few minutes.Probably could have done with selfies with everyone and been out in 30 minutes.

Yes, to answer my own question, lol,  he is playing Youngstown, Ohio in February 2019. Got tix today.

He played on the outskirts of Youngstown at the Canfield Fairgrounds in 2017 and it was an AMAZING show.

I am very impressed at how quickly the Mellencamp org answers questions here and helps folks out during the on sale period.

I did not have any issues for Youngstown tix. Got right in.
We couldn't spend the $$ for one of the premium packages but we did buy the top tier of the regular seats and I was able to get nice seats.

Anyway, just wanted to let folks know your work is appreciated. We are excited to be seeing JM at the Bultler tomorrow in Youngstown.

What will be the prices for tix for the 2019 tour? I did see the prices for the 2 different levels of premium packages.

I had never purchased tix through here before, and to be completely honest, before I logged on & got the tix I was feeling like John's lyric in
Make Me Feel : "I don't care, I don't care, I don't care, I know that somethin' had to go wrong."

I really just could not believe it would be that easy and was convinced I would not get tix. But not only did I get great tix, there was a real live person online to help and actually answering questions immediately when posted! And some of my questions I am sure were annoyingly basic. Amazing sevice. Thanks so much.
 And being that "I Ain't Ever Satisfied" I went back to see if any 1st row tix would come up for me (no luck) but several tix in row D (which is 4th row) kept coming up. How is that possible that they are still available?!?!?!!?

I am STUNNED at how well that went, that Mellencamp actually does this w/o charging to be in fanclub any more, and that Tony is actually online real time helping with any problems, real or imagined.

My understanding is that the password will not go in the box at the top of the page for a promo code but rather somewhere else that will appear on the ticket purchase page once the event goes on sale.

So we should wait until 10:00 then and the 9:45 pre-sale is completely invalid?

code says invalid for me too. Keep putting it, keeps saying invalid and not getting any seats. This is not good.
