I have to agree.  The codes were promised at 9:50 and constant continual minute by minute refreshing and only at exactly 10:00 did the codes start to flow down the list.  AT least my choice of venue used the same code as the first two or three. So we're in.  Better seats than available through the citipass promo which would be a section further back. What's to complain about 2nd row other than it IS 2nd row (lol)

I can attest that you do know your seats before you buy.  I had tickets picked form the citipass code but those did not offer the diamond package but with the community code I was able to add the proper tics to my cart, release the others and check out.  Cleveland. One of the few venues where the local site sells their own without giving ticketmaster a cut.
