Your show was a Ticketmaster show so try this: Please search your email for a message with the subject of Download Instructions - John Mellencamp - No Better Than This. It would have went to the email address you ordered your tickets from. If you can't find the email after searching for it please let me know, it possibly went into your junk email. If you don't find your email and you purchased from TicketMaster you can contact them and ask them to resend the email at [email protected] or call 1-800-653-8000.
