Title: Will Call ticket vs mailed ticket, no word or email on premium items

My premium ticket came to my house by mail. It is NOT will call. I didn't get an email about the other items that go with the $250 package. Did I miss the email? I posted once about not having a will call ticket but I received no answer. Getting a little worried.

Which show was your tickets for? The Will Call tickets are supposed to be will call only but some ticket sellers occasionally mess that up, I suspect your tickets are for South Bend, Cleveland, St. Louis, Cincinnati or Pittsburgh (those were the non Ticketmaster ticket sellers).

Also because those ticket sellers don't have the same data sharing features as Ticketmaster most of those shows have not had their Premium Package merchandise redemption emails sent yet. They will likely go out around the end of October once the premium package ticket sales end.

If you haven't seen that redemption email by the first of November please drop me an email.

Yep that is a non Ticketmaster show so the Premium Package item redemption email has not yet gone out. It should in the next few weeks.
