Title: Question about pre-sale tickets???
Post by: jamiebeets on August 14, 2011, 04:27:33 pm
Three quick questions, any info is greatly appreciated.

1. Is the pre-sale open only to members of this forum?

2. Do we have any idea on the locations of tickets for the pre-sale?

3. Can you purchase tickets in the first 10 rows, without buying the VIP package?

Thanks

1. Pre-sale is only for registered Mellencamp.com/Community members, we have a unique password and a unique set of tickets only for us. There are other presales with different passwords that have access to different tickets.

2. Pre-sale has tickets in every price level in most sections, they generally are in the best 50% of the house and in the best 50% of each price section.

3. Yes there should be front 10 row tickets in the pre-sale not in the package. Just remember that when dealing with these smaller venues that sometimes have only 2000 seats that if 100 people use the presale and request 4 tickets in that first 5 seconds that can result in you being offered some tickets pretty far back in the house. Very often better tickets show up 10 to 20 minutes later when people don't purchase the first set of tickets.
