Thanks Tony Title: Re: VIP Package Post by: mae on April 13, 2011, 07:41:25 pm I purchased 4 premium tickets to the show in Edmonton, Alberta and found the process for redeeming for the products extremely frustrating and only 2 codes entered ever went to the zero amount 2 left were showing I owed the 250.00 ticket price after an hour I am still not sure if i will be getting what I paid for. Have even sent my comment to fanfire as was written and have not heard a word from them. The process could relieve the frustration if I was just sent a email and asked what sizes for t shirts and where to mail the items. If do not recieve items will not attend anymore of his concerts as will leave me with feeling of being ripped off!
