I'm a fan of Bob Dylan and I think the lyrics of John Mellencamp are like a 'Plain Spoken' Dylan so to say. I know they are friends, and the ego of Dylan is not huge so it is possible dat mr Dylan is writing lyrics for mr Mellencamp! My English is not perfect but I can read it perfectly and I am a good interpretator of lyrics if I can say it myself.
I like the songs Ghost Brothers of Darkland County very much and they brought me here. From the other songs 'Blue Charlotte' moves me a lot. 'What if I'm came knocking' is lyrically fantastic. I am stil discovering the songs. |
