Title: Did John go from Chevy to Nissan?? Chevy was great to John!! Post by: bradleym on July 02, 2017, 01:55:29 pm I've been seeing a lot of Nissan commercials playing Mellencamp's 1985 classic song "R.O.C.K In The U.S.A"... I know John has to do what he has to do nowadays but I truly hope he gave Chevy the first crack at one of his classic songs. He talked about how good Chevy treated him and how they were a better record company then his old record company. lol Hell, they played his song "Our Country" about as mush as they played "Jack & Diana back in 1982. And that was in John's words. But now I see Nissan playing his songs... Sorry John, I love you and your music but i'm not getting rid of my Chevy Silverado!!!
