I discovered him when his first cd "Mescalito" came out. His voice grabbed me first, then his lyrics. Since then, I've bought his next two cds, "Roadhouse Sun" & "Junky Star". Saw him at Farm Aid (St Louis I think). Then caught him at a bar (the Granada) in Lawrence, Kansas last fall. Stood right smack up against the stage. Awesome show!
