Something's not right.  I have read the convulted instructions and on the main page there is a presale password.  I have refreshed logged in and out and back in and still shows TBA.  If I click in the details for the show nothing there either.

Why is there no tickets for sale in the orchestra pit in Fort Wayne Indiana show, without the diamond package! The closest I can get is row u without the diamond package what's with that?

Was only able to access the Pittsburgh venue through the Mellencamp site.  Took a few minutes to get in but I got FRONT ROW WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally got in, closet seat is Row C so didn't want to risk loosing it.  There are still about 5 or 6 more rows before you hit Row A.... so how is it that some people can get front row.. in my 20+ years I've never gotten that lucky.  Not complaing just jealous !  Have a great time everyone.

So my first attempt the venue came up and allowed you to pick your seats and there was pretty much nothing to pick from with 4 seats in a row. Then moments later it said so many fans were on so they would find best available.

My computer came up with section CC so I was going to select those and when I went to click on buy it said unable to process. Huh? I then refreshed and it said 15 min wait. I refreshed and then looked for tickets and said unable to process again. Decided to use another computer and it worked right away, got section BB so took those for the April 26 show in DC. Had tix near that section for John Fogerty so they are pretty good. btw...the 15 min wait was still up on the other computer. Ticketmaster is stupid!

Presale for Cincinnati show took me to Cincinnati Arts web site.  Email confirmation I received made no mention whatsoever of album download.  Anyone get anything different?

But on my venue website it says not available with presale tickets!

Got front row center for the Baltimore show, 2nd time being front row center, 1st time being the Reading "No Better Than This" tour stop.

So everyone who bought a ticket for the Red Bank,NJ show gets a digital copy of the album?

Never seen the password and TM never asked.  Front Row baby!   I'll get "A Leg Up" tonight for sure!  8)

So the Great Midwestern Rock REBEL has sold out to Citibank banking interests and internet data miners.  If you have a Citibank card, or join the Mellancamp data mining website, you get the privilege of paying $119.50 for a ticket ($249 for the "VIP" package, which gets you a fake backstage pass and a poster, with a guarantee of the first 10 rows).

The "public" (real fans) sale starts in three days, for those not fortunate enough to be part of the elite.

There is not even 1 ticket available to either of the NYC shows at the Apollo Theater right when I checked at 11am?!   Only Citibank and VIP package tickets are available. What's up with that?

I couldn't get them for Chicago on laptop! But I went on my phone and got in right away!!! Yay!

John has been selling tickets through pre-sales or member only sales since the early 90's. While we collect data to register you for the website (and thus pre sale access) we don't use that data for anything beyond emailing you Mellencamp Newsletters with updates on John's career.

Yes! You will get an email next week with instructions on how to download the album on the release day.

Which venue is that?

I apologize if this info is somewhere on this site and I am missing it.  It seems that for the Denver, CO show (and perhaps others as well), for the Diamond VIP package it is asking for a password and is not accepting the password that is listed on the Tour page on this website.  Is there a separate password for the Diamond seats, and if so where do I get that?

not sure if it was like this on ticketmaster for denver before but select the dropdown first and select diamond.  don't enter fanclub password until then.  finally got 2 tickets!

Too funny. When the time finally comes to see the tickets they offer, I get "nothing available, try again". The new security code is "good luck". Hilarious!
Since the show is almost a year away I think I'll go outside and do something that actually matters. I'm sure something will come up on Craigslist a week before the show. Without fees. 

I have been waiting to get tickets in LA for over an hour, and it still says opening soon, so what am I doing wrong? I put the password in. : (

 and put the password in where it says 'promo code' bottom right).  click on through until you get to the next page where "purchase" comes up for Diamond Package, or on the next page at the very bottom left, says "Purchase best available seating".....but doesn't tell you where the seats are

Just got e-mail from Overture asking for passwords. Sent them both and they were going to look into it, also sent them seat number which disappeared then came back on seating chart.

For Apollo NY Shows Tour page says ticket sales started at 10:50 am.  Ticket seller did not allow until 11:01 am.  The Friday show had no tickets available at all for Orchestra right at 11:01 am.  The Thursday show didn't have 4 tickets but did have 2 available in Orchestra.   I have 4 people that would love to go :(  How could the Friday show have NO tickets in Orchestra available already at 11:01 am!!  :(    Any advice?

The Apollo is very small and I guess its hard to get 4 seats together. I am still pulling up 2 at a time in Orchestra but 4 tickets together are in the Mezz. Have you tried the other presales?

Wow so totally excited.  My first JM show since he double billed with Bob Dylan in 2010. Purchased tickets to two shows here in the Northwest, Seattle and Portland.  Received front and center for Seattle and some nice PIT tickets for Portland (all of pit seats are center). I went into Portland sales right at 10:00 PDT, and Seattle about 30 minutes later.  My first try for Seattle was a dud but I kept trying and about 10 minutes later, just when I was about to give up, the two front row seats popped up.  I have found that sometimes somebody else will have the seats tied up, and sometimes they either remove them or don't complete the purchase process, so if you keep trying a bit later they release and often you can snag a good seat.  Fun time for next summer!
