Title: why not Memphis? Post by: tigerfan on August 19, 2010, 07:53:19 pm Why does John not come to Memphis to play a tour date. Seems to me that since the majority of the new record was recorded here it makes perfect sense to play here. I may be wrong but I believe its been the 80's since he's played here. (Had front row seats and got some fabulous pics). I know he loves the city's unparalleled musical heritage,so c'mon John, throw us a bone!
