Title: Download John's Farm Aid Set Post by: walktall2010 on August 17, 2011, 11:18:52 pm Here's John's set from Farm Aid on Saturday night in Kansas City, straight from the soundboard. The sound quality is obviously excellent. For some bizarre reason John decided to slur many of the lyrics to the point of making them unintelligible ("Walk Tall" is absolutely ruined because of this, but there's obviously nothing that can be done about it). I love his new take every year on every one of his songs. But you are right regarding his SLUR....... He sounds... (for us older folks you will understand) like Jimmy Durante. I love it. It is him being him. He changes his style, and we go along for the ride no matter what. That is what we love about him!
