Hi, we are traveling from the UK to Clearwater to see the show and have not received any info regarding the download and seat upgrade competition, is this open to US residents only?

The download emails don't appear to have gone out for Clearwater based on the handful of emails/messages I have gotten in the last few days.

I have the concert promoter investigating.

However, I don't believe the download will allow someone with a non US address to download the album. I suggest if you have a friend in the US to use their address. The album download is licensed only for US customers.

With respect to the last message, I am going to the Toronto show and did not receive any notice of a download, or am I able to figure out where to go for the front row upgrade.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think I read the upgrade was for the 2011 shows only cuz I had tickets to St Louis & KC and only received the upgrade email for the 2 shows I am attending in April 2011.

The album download and front row seat upgrade is only for US shows where the album download was included/bundled in with the tickets.

We are sorry to exclude the Canadian friends but there are legal restrictions on making the album available for download in Canada so we couldn't offer it the same there as in the US.

I'm going to San Fran show on April 9 for my birthday and haven't recieved any information about upgrade, do I contact ticket master on this for the upgrade.  I also didn't recieve redemption code from them.
