And it is because the music industry has gone this way that we have to endure shows such as "Idol" "X Factor" and other "talent " shows.  Gone are the days of bands paying their dues in bars and clubs.  Now days it is all about the "look" and stylists......the music is almost an after thought.  What really makes me sad is that this is all dictated by "suits"........people who, in their youth, lived for the music, not the money.

No wonder JM spends so much time painting.

Thankyou Tony for your clarifiaction on Mike as well as the article mentioned.  It's much apprieciated (by me anyway) to hear some common sense used in relation to John and Elaine's divorce, as well as John and Meg's relationship.

To everyone else who THINK they know what happened with Elaine, or IS happening with Meg....butt out.   Unless you are one or the other within that relationship, then you DO NOT know how it works or why it stopped working.

Tony......please pass on my best wishes to Mike.  I can't imagine JM's music without Mike being involved so I'm praying for a speedy recovery for him.

It sure did bring a lot of us together, even we lived on opposite ends of the earth, such as me who lives in Australia. I've never met any of my friends from the CCB board, yet I class some of them as very near and dear to me.

Who JM dates is none of our (his fans) business.  Same as what happened within his marriage(s) is none of our business.
