He was on tv last night at the 12 12 12 concert here in NY @ Madison Square Garden, he is in top physical shape--- works out a lot I am sure. He and Mick Jagger both worked the stage like they did when they were younger. Look at John the man hit 60 and puts on one of the better shows out there! Like fine wine----get better with age!
Thanks Sharon an early Christmas present.....was thinking of the show at the Rose Room when I met you-----dressed to the nines and took to time to talk to all of us who were lucky to grab an invite! Thanks for all you do for all of us!
Anybody out there in Mellenland....miss the young girl days of CCB? I know I do. Where is everyone these days! Everyday one of the posts on CCB brought a smile and a laugh! Hope eveyone is well.
Would love to know what John was thinking when he wrote many of his songs. That would be a fantastic interview with him---short synopsis of many of the songs background.
My first time seeing John was at the Jones Beach show. He rested and sat during that show-- Probably was so ill, but being the tenacious performer that he is....he just kept performing.
Here's hoping that the man and his band visits NY this upcoming year!
