Hi, I bought two premium tickets and while I understand that the tickets will be @ will call.  How do I receive the rest of the stuff?

Shows sold by ticketmaster get their premium package emails about 2 weeks or less after purchase.

Non ticketmaster shows get their package redemption emails about a month before the show


 after premium ticket sales conclude.






I've not gotten redemption emails from Ticketmaster or the other site I bought Knox tickets from.

Tony, Our tech guy at school said it was the ticket outlet website not our computers....he tried...their site is overloaded......

knoxville tickets won't load....it is possible my work is blocking, but it never has before....

The password is scarecrow and there haven't been any ticket buying related problems from anyone this morning.

I just pulled tickets up again, their site is fast and responsive for me, maybe it's  local connection issue. I would try another computer and/or browser. But at this point the seat difference from now to when you try from home will be very minimal.
