On Thursday, September 9th, John will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Americana Music Association awards at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN. John will be there to receive the award and will also perform acoustically at the beginning of the show.

SIRIUS XM Satellite Radio will be covering the event extensively through their Outlaw Country channel. Listen to a LIVE broadcast on the SIRIUS XM Outlaw Country channel (Sirius 63, XM 12) of the Americana Music Association's annual 9th annual Honors & Awards Show Thursday 7:30 PM ET from the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.
