Title: Great ticket buying experience in Los Angeles Post by: plandude on September 16, 2014, 04:28:06 pm Just a quick note to say thank you for a very smooth JM community presale ticket buying experience this morning for Nokia, Los Angeles. I found everything to work as directed and the entire process was very smooth. I found the AXS ticket system to be the best, certainly superior to ticketmaster. The "waiting room" feature provided some assurance you were on the right track, and allowing the buyer to enter their choice, name/address/credit card/etc in-advance is great. I'm sure that has to result in fans being able to purchase tickets faster and earlier, which usually means better seat locations. I see an unbelievable number of bizarre gripes on these postings. Just wanted to let you know I found the experience first class! Thank you John, Tony, and your crew. Oh, and 7th row tickets proved that not only the "Premium packages" get the good tickets. Thanks! 8)
