I bought 2 VIP tix for the 11/5/11 show at the NJPAC in Newark,NJ. I picked up my tix and parking pass at the box office and saw the show - AWESOME. I bought the tix 8/3/11 via ticketmaster online but never rec'd a package with the VIP goodies. What do I do? Thx. Kathleen Treubig.
